Risa Yoshiki was born July 27, 1987 in Funabashi, Chiba, near Tokyo. She contemplated the idea of becoming an artist even since she was little, as she initially was drawn to the creation of manga. She later on moved to music and started learning enka. The next step of her career was modeling. She started out with glamor modeling and continued with numerous ventures of the kind, although her parents were against it.

Among the numerous other installments she has been a part of, we can count: TV appearances (DOWN TOWN DX, Tensai! Shimura Dobutsuen, Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger, Hataraki Man, Teen Court and Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters), stage performances (VISUALIVE Persona 4), radio programs and commercials. Among the materials that have been released under her name we can count DVDs, photo books and an album. The DVDs have been released in 2004, Yoshiki Risa Koi, and in 2011, mitu * mitu and kako. Also in 2011, Risa Yoshiki came out with two photo books – Heaven and RISA MANIA. On March 28, 2012, she released Poche, a music album.
